Note to Participants:   Each Training Module will contain directions regarding completion and submission of materials.  The process currently involves the following general procedures:

1.  The participant will "click" into the Modules page, and choose the Module number / topic they wish to complete.

2.  The participant will then read (or choose to print and read the Professional Article/Excerpt).  Printing in "Landscape" works best.  

3.  The participant will then print the Questions / Prompts listed following the reading material.  Participants are required to answer by identifying the quesion/prompt and typing their response to each.  Please follow the same procedure for any Reflection prompts.

4.  The participant will then submit the typed responses (with name and date of submission) to Mr. R. Diamond or Mr. M. Strasser at the Elementary office, or via e-mail attachment to rdiamond@chsd.k12.pa.us or mstrasser@chsd.k12.pa.us.

5.  The materials submitted will be reviewed by Act 48 Committee designees and/or Administrative members.  The participant will then be notified of successful completion, or if revisions are needed.  Appropriate district forms will need to be completed and submitted to the Superintendent's Office for Act 48 hour(s) submission to PDE.
